If you have purchased a copy of Bead Manager Pro but not received your license code or downloads please check our knowledge base here before submitting a support request.
In the event that you have issues with emails or ticket responses getting filtered off by spam filters, (which is beyond our control) meaning that you either do not receive our reply or we do not receive yours please make sure that you create an account so that you can login online to enter your support requests to make sure that they are received and you can also log back in to view replies.
