Bead Manager Pro is very simple to install and runs directly from within the folder that you have downloaded once unzipped.
In order to unzip Bead Manager Pro on a PC you will need a utility such as Winzip or Jzip.
If you are using the Mac version you should be able to just double click on the file for automatic extraction.
