Good quality of customer service is as important as every piece of handmade item you create. Not only you’re unique and beautiful craft can stand out from the crowd, but rather your credibility, dignity, and your image as an artist and seller of your items. There are many different types of bead craft hobbies, but whichever one you choose to specialize in, the way to approach customers is exactly the same.

Mostly, business establishments, store, outlet, and centers do surveys and accept feedback from their customers. In this way, they will know how they are rated according to the quality of their service they provide to their customer.

Good customer service enhances your image as a professional. If you are good and friendly, efficiently dealing with your customers, they’ll be thinking that you’re really practicing your professionalism. They will not think as if you’re just a mere crafter, and they will likely to trust you.

Another option is offering your customers with unique benefits like free gift wrapping, custom fitting, and providing them with special care and cleaning service to their items. Offer them also a loyalty bonus that they will absolutely appreciate, and more likely returning more often in your store. Provide your customer extra reassurance by offering them unconditional guarantee on every items they purchase. Don’t forget to make hang tags for you jewelry, if customers are happy they will pass your details on to other people.

Generally, good customer service include the following attitudes: be trust worthy, treat your customer with respect, make sure of planning a good solution when things do go wrong, and be open to feedback, suggestion, changes and complaints from your customer. And the most important is after understanding the inputs of your customers, don’t just disregard it but rather act on it.
